Team & roles

The Team feature lets you invite managers or coaches to access the backoffice with role-appropriate permissions — without giving them access to your billing or settings.

Available roles

Role	Access
Admin	Full access to the app (scheduling, bookings, clients, team, settings…) — can be granted to a collaborator, e.g. a co-founder
Manager	Scheduling, bookings, clients, packages, subscriptions, coaches, stats, settings (read)
Coach	Scheduling and bookings in read-only mode

⚠️ The Admin role gives full access to the app, but not to Stripe Connect or the FitResa platform subscription itself — both remain reserved to the gym owner (the account that created the gym), regardless of the role granted to collaborators. This is how you can have several people with broad access (e.g. two co-founders) without sharing access to billing.

Inviting a collaborator

1. Open Team in the sidebar (visible to the owner only)
2. Click Invite a collaborator
3. Enter their name, email, and role
4. An invitation email is sent with a link valid for 72 hours

Accepting an invitation

The collaborator receives an email with a link like app.fitresa.com/auth/accept-invite?token=…

• New collaborator — they set a password and immediately access the backoffice.
• Already active in another gym — they just confirm. Their existing password is kept. The new gym appears directly in the sidebar switcher, no logout required.

Working across multiple gyms

A collaborator can be a member of multiple gyms under a single account. When they have access to 2 or more gyms, a gym selector appears at the top of the sidebar. They can switch between gyms with one click, without logging out.

Managers and coaches log in via a dedicated page:

app.fitresa.com/auth/member-login

This page is separate from the owner login. A link is available on the main login page.

Managing the team

From the Team page, the owner can:

• Change a collaborator’s role (Admin ↔ Manager ↔ Coach) directly in the table
• Resend the invitation if the link has expired (new link valid for 72h)
• Remove a collaborator — their access is revoked immediately
