Session packages
Packages let clients buy a number of sessions in advance at a preferential rate. Available from the Starter plan.
Create a package
Section titled “Create a package”From Packages → + Create: name, session count, price, validity (days), weekly/monthly quota, compatible class types.
Selling a package
Section titled “Selling a package”Via widget — client purchases online via Stripe (2% FitResa commission).
Via backoffice — from Packages → Sales → Assign pack: choose client, package, and payment method (online, bank transfer, cash). No commission on cash/transfer payments.
Freeze a pack
Section titled “Freeze a pack”If a client is temporarily unavailable, you can freeze their pack. The expiry date is automatically extended by the number of frozen days when resumed.
From Packages → Sales, click Freeze on the relevant row. The pack shows a Frozen badge. Click Resume to lift the freeze and recalculate the expiry date.
