Dashboard
The dashboard is the first page you see when you log in. It brings together the key information about your studio’s activity.
Key metrics
Section titled “Key metrics”| Metric | Definition |

| Bookings this month | Total confirmed bookings for the current month |
| Fill rate | Ratio of booked seats to available seats |
| Revenue this month | Total online payments collected |
| Cancellation rate | Percentage of bookings cancelled by clients |
Weekly schedule
Section titled “Weekly schedule”The weekly view shows all your upcoming slots with real-time fill rates. Click a slot to see the attendee list or take actions (edit, cancel, mark no-show).
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”The badge in the sidebar shows the number of new bookings since your last visit.
