Create a slot

A slot represents a class session at a specific time — group class, individual session, or online class.

  1. From Schedule, click + Slot or directly on a time in the calendar.

  2. Fill in the form: title, coach, date and time, capacity, level, price.

  3. Click Create.

Online class

Section titled “Online class”

Enable Online class and enter your video conference link. It will be included in the confirmation email and J-1 reminder.

Payment mode

Section titled “Payment mode”
  • Online payment — clients pay at booking time via Stripe
  • On-site payment — booking is free, payment is collected at the desk
