Mark a no-show

From the attendee list of a past slot, click No-show next to the absent client.

Automatic blocking

From Settings → Bookings, set a no-show threshold. When a client reaches it, they are automatically blocked from making new bookings via the widget.

Unblock a client from their profile page.
